Since 2007, my work has taken many forms.

Private advisory conversations. Leadership programmes. Books. Keynotes. Television. Podcasts. Guided meditations. International conferences. Encounters with people across cultures, industries and very different walks of life. World tours. Research expeditions to the pyramids. Retreats in extraordinary and almost unimaginable places.

At first glance, these may appear to be separate parts of my career. To me, they all belong to the same body of work, and to my life’s mission to contribute to the reduction of human suffering through leadership.

My work comes through different channels, all illuminating and transforming what lies beneath the surface: the unseen dynamics influencing people, leadership, relationships, decisions and the future we are collectively creating.

Over nearly two decades, I have worked with leaders, founders, elite performers, organisations, public figures and ambitious individuals in more than 30 countries.

Again and again, I have observed that what appears to be an isolated challenge is always connected to something larger – a universal field in which I perceive patterns within a person, a leadership culture, an organisation or the wider time in which we are living.

My work has always been about helping people see more clearly and awakening a greater consciousness in leaders – supporting enhanced wellbeing, greater results and, through the application of elite consciousness, a more positive impact on the world.

Not simply to understand more, but to make wiser choices, release what is limiting them and create results that strengthen life rather than diminish it.

The Treasure

Writing a New Perspective on Leadership

I am the author of the book The Treasure –  How to Change the World, published in 2013, a case-based book exploring conscious leadership, human potential, the universal energy field and our capacity, as well as our responsibility, to use our influence positively.

The book grew from the work I began in 2007 and from the development of Energistic Leadership®, my approach to understanding and managing energy, awareness, influence and intuition as practical leadership assets.

Its central message is simple:

We all participate in shaping the world through the quality of our awareness, our choices and our actions. The greater our influence, the greater our responsibility to understand what we are creating -not only for ourselves, but throughout the entire stakeholder chain.

The book brings together leadership, ethics, energy and action. It explores why inner clarity and outer impact cannot truly be separated, and why sustainable success must allow people to thrive while creating meaningful results.

What began with The Treasure has continued through essays, reflections, guided experiences, Visionary Guidance Cards, leadership programmes and new writing published through different outlets, including Substack.

It is not one book standing alone.

It is a small part of a life’s work – and a deeply felt wish to contribute, serve and uplift.

Writing and Public Thought

I write about leadership during periods of profound transition. About awareness and conscience, the intentions beneath our choices, power, responsibility and the consequences created by the way we think, lead and act.

I write in response to an oracular, guided and channelled calling. I am particularly guided to bring forward insights into the human and energetic dimensions beneath systems and structures – the forces that may not appear in a strategy document, yet still influence trust, culture, negotiations, performance and decision-making.

When we become more conscious of the relationship between our inner state and our external impact, we gain the opportunity to lead differently. We can stop acting only from conditioning, fear or expectation. We can begin to create from a deeper alignment with who we are, what we value and what we are here to contribute.

This is where I believe a more profound form of success becomes possible: success that includes achievement, wellbeing, integrity and a positive impact on others at the same time.

My writing is read by leaders, visionaries and change-makers navigating complexity, ethical pressure and accelerated transformation.

Many are drawn to my ability to articulate dynamics they have already sensed but have not yet been able to name.

That is often where illumination begins.

Speaking Across Cultures and Systems

My work has brought me into leadership environments, conferences and conversations across business, politics and elite performance around the world. as s global citizens, I myself have lived, studied and world – and travelled across the world many times:

Alongside more traditional business and leadership engagements, I served for several years as the Danish representative at the Zermatt Summit – Humanizing Globalization in Switzerland.

In India, I spoke at the international convention Economic Growth: Possibilities Amidst Challenges in Making It Sustainable and Humane at Asia Plateau, Initiatives of Change.

I have also taught Energistic Leadership® to PhD participants at DTU in Denmark and contributed to conferences and gatherings exploring conscious leadership, sustainable development, human potential and the future of society.

These experiences have allowed me to listen across cultures, industries and belief systems.

Despite the differences between countries and organisations, the deeper questions are often remarkably similar:

How do we pursue progress without losing our humanity? How do we create success without exhausting people or compromising the future? How do leaders remain clear, courageous and responsible when the systems around them are under pressure? How do we build a world in which high performance and human thriving no longer stand in opposition to one another?

My speaking is not about delivering another model for people to memorise. It is about opening perception. Helping audiences recognise what is already changing – and what a more conscious response may now require.

My contributions arise from oracular foresight. Rather than delivering only pre-planned content, I also respond to what I perceive is needed to expand the scope of each conference, strengthen its purpose and uplift its participants.

Television and Media

I created and hosted the television series The New World Oracle – The Magic of Elite Consciousness for The New Reality TV Channel. The programme explores leadership, consciousness and elite human capacity through Oracular insights, reflections and guided perspectives – uniquely tuning into the energy and wisdom layered in unique castles, galleries, churches and boutique hotels from the island I lived in Denmark in 2023-25.

It examines how awareness, inner alignment and the quality of our state influence leadership, creativity, performance, relationships, art and its power to influence, as well as societal evolution.

My media work extends beyond television into podcasts, interviews, filmed reflections and public conversations.

These formats allow me to bring ideas that often remain private – inside executive sessions, leadership rooms or personal transformations – into a wider dialogue, intentionally offering a global audience new perspectives and the opportunity to be uplifted.

The purpose is not to make the complex simplistic. It is to make the invisible known – and, in many cases, more understandable.

The Treasure – Change the World Tour

For one and a half years, the Treasure – Change the World Tour took me across countries and cultures.

I met leaders of organisations, entrepreneurs, investors, creatives, well-known actors in Hollywood and people from many other backgrounds – from young people on a beach and artists in extraordinary energetic hubs to Aboriginal leaders in the Australian Outback.

I offered oracular guidance, insight and encouragement around conscious change, personal responsibility and the possibility of creating a more meaningful future.

The tour was not built around the idea that one person has all the answers. It was created to uplift and remind as many people as possible that they matter. Every choice influences something. Every individual has the capacity to bring greater awareness, care and positive impact into the environments they touch.

One of the things that humbled me beyond words was that, within every interaction – whether short or long – I was gifted with wisdom from each person I met along the way.

For one and a half years, every conversation taught me something profound. The journey strengthened my conviction that lasting transformation does not begin through ideology or force. It begins when people see differently – and then choose differently.

Together, they form a body of work devoted to one central intention:

To strengthen consciousness in the places where decisions, performance, influence and the future are being shaped.

For me, clarity is never only about better personal results. It is about the quality of what those results create in the world.

Presence and Legacy

I do not see legacy as something created only at the end of a career.

We create it every day through the rooms we enter, the decisions we make, the way people feel after being in our presence and the courage we give others. But also in the energy we leave behind that changes everything – we either strengthen or challenge status quo – we never leave it untouched.

The future we wish for is made more possible once we are willing to see, speak and act differently.

My work continues to evolve, but its foundation remains the same: My deep-felt wish to illuminate the invisible for positive change, to help people reconnect with their own deeper intelligence, and to bring greater consciousness into leadership, performance and creation.

My mission is to support those with influence in creating exceptional results that allow people to thrive and contribute positively to the greater good at the same time.
