YOUR CHALLENGES ARE THE BEST WHISLTE BLOWERS FOR THE HOLD-BACKS IN YOUR LEADERSHIP … AND POTENTIAL CATALYST FOR GREAT RESULST
There is an urgent need in this world to replace the old paradigm of leadership and apply a more conscious and relevant leadership mindset and toolbox for paving the way for more well-being, better results and a positive impact for future generations. We need to rise above the mediocracy and destructive ways of mainstream old fashioned leadership. We need to be conscious of our practises of how we proceed in this new world we have entered with rapid and ground breaking change – in our lives and throughout various fields and the world itself.
Our awareness and level of consciousness is the key to development and growth. Our investment always has an impact – whether positive or negative. Practice every day to access all decisions to see whether they are in alignment with your personal well-being, ethics and values. As with everything in life, conscious discipline with life-enhancing methods practised – becomes easier the more you stick to it.
Each choice we make will transmit an energy making an impact – and the lack of choice will leave us in a position of being bounced back and forth by those people and organizations that actually make a choice – not necessarily in a positive direction. Investments can be in time, people, innovations etc., but all about choice … and responsibility.
For a hands-on example: Healing Seasonal Affective Disorder prepared a leader for a whole new perspective and changed the way for his own results and for his entire organisation and country.
A man – I will call him David to protect his anonymity – came to see me initially because he was suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder and had heard I could help with all sort of mental barriers for well-being.
As i tuned into his suffering, part of my advice was to meditate and I also guided him with my own specialised and professional healing and empowering guided meditations adapted to his unique challenges every time he visited for consultation.
In general, my experience and observation one the past 30 years, meditation releases an inner light connecting cells in the brain and re-stabilizing balance and creating new and healthy thought patterns. (Click here for a powerful guided for your own empowerment and enhanced conscious leadership.)
Creating his own internal warmth and light with my techniques and own disciplined effort, helped him to deal with the negative effects of SAD and improve his mood, lifting his depression.
However, as I worked with David – tuning into his energy field, I became aware that he had challenges at work. He worked in a management position in a ministry as a visionary within the system – a head of development looking to change the way managers in the public sector were dealing with problem solving through a positive psychology project. Experiencing resistance with his director and some of the people around him made him frustrated that he was not given a proper mandate to carry out his work and his passion for positive change.
Transforming his mindset and mental suffering, I felt that now that he’d recovered from SAD, he could begin a guided process of re-thinking his problem at work. By taking his newfound strength and positive energy discovered through regular meditation and my guidance, he could look at his work difficulties in a new way. We talked through my insights of what he could do differently. I helped him letting go of his anger and frustration.
I saw that instead of trying to force the new policy onto the system and its employees, he could look at the wider picture, imagining the benefits to society as a whole if this policy was taken up, and the effect this would have in years to come. With this insight he could apply my Energistic Leadership Methods I taught him, before meetings, projecting a caring and deep-felt wish for better and more healthy solutions and a wish for mutual understanding and appreciation of the fact that everyone involved were acting in good faith.
The energy he projected changed the perception between the involved parties. It was more than one policy and one fixed outcome. It would be a life-changing process for all concerned. By coming from a different perspective and bringing a positive energy to the policy, David began, as a side effect, to change the minds of the people who had earlier been blocking him. People starting to think differently, make decisions that would indirectly support David’s work.
I call this process ‘synchronicity.’ It is when we are working inside a flow of energy, coming from a place of creativity, without fixed and rigid ideas, looking at the optimum, far-reaching results and it then seems that everything is falling into place around us – it feels like magic.
However, we are simply connecting to the energistic grid, acting in alignment with who we are, what we love most and whom we would like to influence.

A flow of energy that facilitates our purpose.
An Energistic misalignment is when the flow of energy is blocked, or ‘shaken’ not supporting one’s investments. Edmund Burke once said,
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men should do nothing.”
The more resources we have then the bigger our responsibility. We have to realize that it all starts with each one of us thinking differently, making different choices aligned with our values and a deep-rooted sense of oneness – we all live on the same planet, so nationality or job functions are limitations in the human mind.
